How it works

Invitation of visitors
As a host you can schedule an appointment for your visitors including optional room booking and your guests are automatically sent an invitation.
Self-registration
Your visitor receives a link to the Visitor Management Portal, where they confirm the appointment and enter their personal details for pre-registration. Additional information, e.g. safety instructions or maps, can be provided to the visitor via the portal. A QR code for on-site identification is provided, and as host you are notified about the appointment confirmation and data completion.
Check-in
On arrival your visitor can either check in via a self-service terminal (with option for additional identity verification) or at the reception, using the QR code they received. Your visitor is provided with a visitor card for their visit, and as the host, you are informed that your visitor has arrived and checked in.
Access authorisations
If required, you can even give authorisation for your visitor on his badge to have access to your meeting room without having to be picked up by you as host. After the visit, this authorisation will be automatically removed.

The automation ensures a seamless process with secure visitor identity verification.
When visitors check in at the self-service terminal, their identity is automatically verified using an optional integrated passport or ID card scanner.
