Like for all our departments, our Project Management/Integration processes are ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certified.
Agile or waterfall project management or a mixture of both
The final solution and its implementation approach are already part of the offer scope. After the handover, we work in close collaboration with our customers.
Depending on their individual requirements, the project will be either implemented according to the proven agile or waterfall method or in a mixed way, in consultation with the customer.

Experienced and cross-functional
Our experienced project management/integration teams always consist of three main functions and can be extended by two optional add-ons:
Project Manager
Technical Project Manager/Consulting
Definition of the implementation in detail together with the customer, e.g. submission of proposals according to the customers’ existing solution architecture, coordination with development department (e.g. for development of required interfaces to third-party systems), active project integration (realisation, problem analysis together with development & support team, etc.)
Integrator
Installation and configuration of the application, fault analysis and troubleshooting together with development and support department
Optional add-ons
Hardware/Support
Provides help for installations, draw-up of encoding descriptions, print support and bugfixing
Coach | Academy
Training for own project managers and integrators as well as for our partners and customers regarding all project management and integration tasks, targeted according to the respective area of responsibility
Our project teams are cross-functional, i.e. they can fulfil several of the above-mentioned functions, depending on the respective project.
To ensure highest implementation quality and flexible adaptation to our customers’ needs, our employees are only deployed on customer projects once they have been successfully trained by our own academy.
