15 years work anniversary of our Senior Service Desk Engineer

Marijn has been working at ID-ware since the early days and has been an integral part of our growth. Marijn has been the driving force of expertise and experience at our service desk. He is the guy to go to when issues are complex or require historical knowledge. This historical knowledge is a huge asset of Marijn, as he has been experiencing all product and organisation changes first hand over the years.

Marijn is a true allrounder who is always willing to pick up new things!

Marijn, what makes you most proud when you look back on your time at ID-ware?

"When I started at ID-ware, I did not know a lot about our business. My experience and know-how have grown over the years and when I reflect and look back, I feel “Wow, I have learnt a lot in all of these years”. I am really proud of that and proud of the fact that with a relatively small team we support one of our largest customers in the Netherlands."

Why are you still excited to work for ID-ware?

“My work is very diverse and the scope of our solutions and our support is continuing to grow steadily, so that there is never a dull moment. That keeps daily work challenging and interesting.”
