20 years work anniversary of our Product Manager
Our Product Manager Marco has been part of ID-ware since the very beginning and has helped shape the company into what it is today. As one of our first employees, he has not just seen the journey – he has been a key part of it.
Known internally as the living “ID-ware Wikipedia”, Marco is the person who always seems to have an answer (or knows exactly where to find it). His knowledge, approachability, and willingness to help make a real difference for the entire team. Over the past years, his role in product management has been central to our successful growth in the PIAM software sector.
During the celebration of this work anniversary in our Frankfurt office with the team, our CEO Bernd presented Marco presented Marco with flowers and various gift vouchers.
We asked Marco about his work journey so far and his personal motivation.
Marco, what makes you most proud when you look back on your time at ID-ware?
“Over the past 20 years, I have been fortunate to witness – and contribute – to the continuous development of ID-ware as a company and of our products. We have evolved significantly, both technologically and organizationally, and I am proud to have been part of that journey. Knowing that I could take responsibility during key phases and play my part in shaping this success story, always with our customers in mind, is something I truly value.”
Why are you still excited to work for ID-ware?
"What continues to excite me are the daily challenges and the constant interaction with customers and colleagues across all departments at ID-ware. The evolving requirements around modern software products and cloud services open up entirely new and fascinating fields to work in, which keeps the job both demanding and rewarding. Above all, it is the people – an energetic, talented, and committed team – that make ID-ware a place where I am still highly motivated to contribute every day.”
