Solution Consultant

Degree in Computer Science/Business Informatics/Business Engineering or equivalent

Consulting and modeling of business processes around Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
Expertise in technical project work and knows how to work independently with our customer
Analysis and implementation of customer requirements and creation of specifications for business workflows and interface
Implementation of training courses and creation of application documentation
Supporting the support team in the analysis of complex cases

Has completed training in computer science/business informatics / industrial engineering or comparable qualifications
Ideally experience in the software environment/software development
Ideally experience in consulting and implementation of customized software solutions
Basic knowledge of web servers and databases
Good communication, cooperation, and team skills
Strong customer and service orientation and a commercial understanding
Willingness to travel after two years of training completion (approx. 25%)
Fluent in spoken and written German (if not, must have the willingness to learn) and English
