Easy handling of the total process via standard Outlook and the ID-ware web-based Visitor Portal.

How are we achieving this:

  • As usual, the host creates a visit in Outlook and invites the visitor. Then he marks the external visitors in the Visitor Management Host Portal and defines the policy (escorted, un-escorted). The visitor receives a registration link through email (not yet registered visitors) or an invitation email (registered visitors).
  • Visitors can enter their data in the Visitor Portal including ID documents, confirm the appointment and receive a QR code ticket. The host will be informed about the appointment confirmation.
  • At the appointment the visitor uses his QR-code ticket plus his ID to check-in at a self-service terminal. The host receives a notification that the visitor is checked-in and can be picked up. Optionally, the automated issuance of a visitor badge with immediate activation and access authorization for the location of the appointment is possible.
